Policy

RoyalT Hair Collection has a NO REFUND policy. If you have any concerns with your unit, please message me directly to discuss your issue. 

SHIPPING

 All units are shipped with UPS. Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 business days depending on your location. RoyalT Hair Collection can not control any shipping delays after being dropped off at UPS. Tracking is provided with all orders.

PROCESSING PERIOD

There is a 2-day processing period on all PRE ORDERED UNITS after you place an order. Meaning, if you make a purchase on Monday, your order  process  will start 2 days after.

ON- HAND UNITS

On-hand units are shipped out same day if purchased before 6pm M-Th & 5:30 on Friday.
